STANFORD, Calif. – The No. 55 Fresno State Men’s Golf team finished the NCAA Stanford Regional in 12th place with a final score of 18-over 858, at the Stanford Golf Course on Wednesday.

The five teams that will advance to the NCAA Men’s Golf Championship are Illinois at 36-under, Florida State at 28-under, Texas A&M at 18-under as well as SMU and Stanford which tied at 10-under.

Matthew Manganello finished the regional at 2-under 208, tying for 18th place in the field.

Joseph Lloyd shot an even-par 70 in the final round, finishing with a total score of 3-over 213. Matthew Sutherland was 8-over through three rounds, and Ryan Firpo was 9-over.

Jaden Hunter subbed in for the Bulldogs during the final round and shot 11-over.
