HOUSTON – With day three of the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Swimming & Diving Championships in the books, three-time defending champion San Diego State continues to hold its lead. Six events wrapped up today: the 200-yard freestyle relay, 100-yard butterfly, 400-yard individual medley, 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard breaststroke, and the 100-yard backstroke.

The 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Swimming & Diving Championships began today at the University of Houston, with three-time defending champion San Diego State holding the team lead with 184 points after day one.
