COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Mountain West will be represented by three teams and three individuals in the 2026 NCAA Men’s Golf Regionals, announced by the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Committee on Wednesday.

The MW has sent at least three teams to the NCAA Men’s Golf Regionals in every year of its existence. The Conference has advanced at least one team beyond the regional round in nine of the last 10 NCAA postseasons.

UNLV earned the league’s automatic berth after capturing the Conference championship at Omni Tucson National last week, defeating New Mexico in a sudden death playoff. The Rebels will be joined in the postseason by the Lobos and San Diego State.

Six 54-hole regional tournaments will be conducted May 18-20. Thirteen teams and 10 individuals not on those teams will compete at each of three regionals while the other three regionals will have 14 teams and five individuals not on those teams. The top five teams and the low individual not on those teams from each regional will advance to the finals.

Team and individual medalist titles will be decided May 29-June 3 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California. Texas is the host institution for the 2026 championships.

UNLV earned a No. 8 seed at Traditions Club hosted by Texas A&M, and will be joined there by New Mexico, which earned the No. 4 seed. San Diego State is the No. 7 seed at the Gallery Golf Club, hosted by Arizona.

A trio of Spartans from San José State have qualified as individuals and will travel to the Trysting Tree Golf Club. Avinash Iyer is the No. 2 individual, followed by Keshav Mungali (No. 6) and Ivan Barahona (No. 7).
