COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Utah State senior Esteban Jaramillo and Wyoming senior Davis Seybert have been named the Mountain West Men’s Co-Golfers of the Week, while Wyoming’s Brody Leid is the MW Men’s Golf Freshman of the Week.

The MW honors are the second for Jaramillo, first for Seybert, and fourth for Leid in their careers.

CO-GOLFER OF THE WEEK
ESTEBAN JARAMILLO, UTAH STATE
Senior, Bogotá, Colombia/Colegio Nueva Granada

  • Tied for 21st at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.
  • Carded a season-best 3-under-par 213 over 54 holes, highlighted by a 3-under 69 in the opening round to match his lowest round of the season and a 1-under 71 in round two.
  • His 69 was his second round in the 60s this season and the 11th of his career.
  • Finished under par for the first time this season and sixth time in his career.
  • Helped the Aggies tie for 15th in the 23-team field, which included four squads ranked in the top 50 nationally.

Senior, Midland, Texas/Midland Community College

  • Played as an individual at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.
  • Tied for 21st in a 120-man field that featured nine players ranked in the top 150 nationally.
  • Shot a 3-under 213, firing a 3-under 69 in the first round and closing with a 1-under 71.
  • Turned in 13 birdies over the course of his three rounds.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
BRODY LEID, WYOMING
Phoenix, Arizona/Corona Del Sol HS

  • Was the top MW freshman finisher at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.
  • Tied for 62nd at 5-over 221.
  • Holed six birdies in an opening-round 2-under 70.
  • Totaled 12 birdies over the 54-hole tournament.
  • Helped the Cowboys to a 13th-place finish in the 23-team field, which included four top-50 programs.
