COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Nevada senior Aaliyah Jenkins was tabbed the Mountain West Softball Player of the Week and Colorado State sophomore Reagan Wick earned the MW Pitcher of the Week nod. There was no MW Softball Freshman of the Week selection.
This is the first weekly honor for Jenkins and Wick on the 2025 season.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
AALIYAH JENKINS, NEVADA
Senior, Utility, Tracy, California/Tracy HS
- Led the Wolf Pack to a 2-1 series victory on the road at Boise State.
- Started all three games at Boise State, tallied a batting average of .583, slugged 1.083 and had an on-base percentage of .615.
- The senior recorded four runs, six RBIs and seven hits in 12 at-bats. Also logged three stolen bases and two home runs.
- Defensively, notched eight putouts.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
REAGAN WICK, COLORADO STATE
Sophomore, Weimer, Texas/Weimer HS
- Helped the Rams to a road win over San José State.
- The sophomore registered a 0.00 ERA.
- Allowed one unearned run on eight hits and struck out 13 batters across 13 innings in the circle for the Green and Gold.
