COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Nevada senior Hannah Di Genova was tabbed the Mountain West Softball Player of the Week, while Boise State’s Loula-Rae McNamara collected the MW Softball Pitcher and Freshman of the Week honors.

HANNAH DI GENOVA, NEVADA
Senior, Infield, Woodland Hills, California/El Camino Real Charter HS

  • Led the Wolf Pack to a 3-1 week with a nonconference win over Pacific (5-1) and a series win over Utah State.
  • On the week, logged a .769 batting average, an on-base percentage of .833 and slugged at a 1.615 clip.
  • Totaled six runs, 10 hits, three home runs and 11 RBIs across her 13 at-bats.
  • Defensively, posted 20 putouts

Freshman, Pitcher, Ladera Ranch, California/Tesoro HS

  • Logged a 2-0 record with two saves in four appearances for the Broncos.
  • Tallied a 0.57 ERA after 12.1 innings in the circle.
  • Collected eight strikeouts and allowed only four hits and one earned run.
