BOISE, Idaho – Boise State offensive tackle Kage Casey secured a first team Preseason All-America nod from Walter Camp, the organization announced. The redshirt junior was the lone Group of 5 player on the first team. Last season, he was a Walter Camp Second Team All-American.

In 2024, Casey earned All-America honors from five outlets after leading all Mountain West offensive tackles and ranking in the nation’s top 15 in Pro Football Focus pass blocking efficiency (99.3), PFF offensive grade (83.3) and PFF pass blocking grade (87.0). Behind Casey, Boise State ran for 3,365 yards, most in single-season program history. The Broncos also ranked in the nation’s top 10 in offense (466.0 ypg), scoring (37.3) and 3rd down conversion rate (49.5%).

The left tackle was previously named to Phil Steele’s Preseason All-America Fourth Team and All-MW First Team. In addition to his five recognitions in 2024, Casey received The Athletic Freshman All-America Second Team honors in 2023.
