COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Mountain West announced its 53-game national television package today for the 2025 football season. CBS Television Network will broadcast three games, CBS Sports Network will televise 28 contests and the FOX Sports family of networks will air 22 games this coming season.

There are 12 weeks on the 2025 schedule in which the MW has at least three national broadcasts, including five each in Weeks 7, 13 and 14 and four each in Weeks 1, 6, 8, 10 and 12.

Eleven games will now be showcased on Fridays.

The Mountain West’s national television slate begins in Week 0 on Saturday, Aug. 23, with Hawai‘i hosting Stanford at 1:30 p.m. HT on CBS.

The Conference’s second appearance on CBS comes on Saturday, Nov. 1, when Air Force hosts reigning American Athletic Conference champion Army at 10 a.m. MT. CBS will also carry a Week 14 matchup between Boise State and Utah State in Logan, Utah, at 2 p.m. MT on Friday, Nov. 28.

All three CBS matchups will also stream live on Paramount+.

The MW’s first home appearance on the FOX Sports family of networks falls on Friday, Aug. 29, as San José State welcomes Central Michigan on FS1 at 7:30 p.m. PT.

That’s the first of four national broadcasts for the Mountain West in Week 1, as Air Force hosts Bucknell and Utah State entertains UTEP on Aug. 30, both on CBSSN. Also that day, Fresno State hosts Georgia Southern on FS1.

Week 2 sees Boise State and UNLV, which both finished nationally ranked last season, make their home debuts. The Broncos, who were No. 8 in the final Associated Press Top 25 and claimed the No. 3 seed in the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff to earn a spot in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl, will host Eastern Washington on Friday, Sept. 5, at 7 p.m. MT on FS1. The Rebels, who were No. 23 in the final AP poll and No. 24 in the final CFP poll, welcome UCLA on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 5 p.m. PT on CBSSN.

The MW opener takes place in Week 3 on FS1, with Air Force visiting Utah State on Saturday, Sept. 13, at 7:45 p.m. MT. Wyoming hosts Utah that day on CBSSN at 6 p.m. MT.

Boise State at Air Force and California at San Diego State highlight the Week 4 slate with a CBSSN doubleheader on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 5 p.m. MT and 7:30 p.m. PT, respectively.

From Week 4 through the end of the regular season, the MW will have at least three national broadcasts each week.

Week 6 features a pair of Friday night games, as New Mexico visits San José State on FS1 at 7 p.m. PT and San Diego State hosts Colorado State on CBSSN at 7:30 p.m. PT on Oct. 3. A CBSSN doubleheader follows the next day, with Wyoming hosting UNLV at 5 p.m. MT and Nevada visiting Fresno State at 7:30 p.m. PT.

Five games are slated for national broadcast in Week 7, starting with Fresno State at Colorado State on Friday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. MT on CBSSN. Saturday, Oct. 11, features a CBSSN tripleheader and New Mexico at Boise State on the FOX Sports family of networks.

Week 8 features a rematch of the last two MW Championship games when UNLV visits Boise State on the FOX Sports family of networks on Saturday, Oct. 18.

The MW closes the regular season with consecutive weeks with five national broadcasts. Hawai‘i at UNLV gets Week 13 started on Friday, Nov. 21, on FS1 at 7:30 p.m. PT. A pair of CBSSN and FOX Sports family of networks games highlight the slate on Saturday, Nov. 22.

The regular season comes to a close in Week 14, with three games moved to Friday, Nov. 28. In addition to Boise State at Utah State on CBS, San Diego State visits New Mexico on CBSSN and Air Force and Colorado State battle on FS1.

Saturday, Nov. 29, sees Nevada host UNLV on CBSSN and San José State host Fresno State on the FOX Sports family of networks.

The 2025 Mountain West Football Championship game will be played on Friday, Dec. 5, on FOX. The time is to be determined.

The FOX Sports family of networks kick times and outlets will be determined during the regular season (generally a 12-day window).

Additional regional/local/school broadcasts will be announced in the coming weeks.
