NEW ORLEANS – A total of 14 Mountain West men’s and women’s outdoor track & field programs were named 2024 NCAA All-Academic Teams on Monday by U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
On the women’s side, Air Force, Colorado State, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, San José State, UNLV, Utah State and Wyoming were honored for achievements in the classroom. Additionally, Colorado State, New Mexico, Utah State and Wyoming earned the academic honor on the men’s side.
The criteria for a team to be named an NCAA Division I All-Academic Team is for all student-athletes on the institution’s NCAA Squad List for Indoor and/or Outdoor Track and Field must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
