CARLSBAD, Calif. – Six Mountain West men’s golf players were honored as NCAA Division I PING All-West Region honorees, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Saturday.

Fresno State’s Matthew Sutherland, Nevada’s Enrique Dimayuga, New Mexico’s Bastien Amat, San Diego State’s Justin Hastings and Tyler Kowack and UNLV’s Caden Fioroni earned the distinction. All six are ranked in the top 125 nationally, led by Amat at No. 21.

All six were All-Mountain West selections this season, and Amat was the MW Golfer of the Year.

Amat, Hastings and Fioroni earned all-region honors for the second straight season.
