HOUSTON, Texas – The 2023 Mountain West Swimming & Diving Championships opened on Wednesday with three events at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Natatorium on the campus of the University of Houston.
The day started with the 1-meter dive and concluded with the 200-yard medley relay and 800-yard freestyle relay. San Diego State is leading with 223 points, followed closely by Nevada’s 211 points.
San Diego State earned gold in the 200-yard medley relay, as the Aztecs squad posted the second-fastest time in championship history (1:36.62). This is a NCAA B-Cut time.
