COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – UNLV’s Victoria Perrow has been named the Mountain West Women’s Track Athlete of the Week, while Air Force’s Morgan Glaser was selected as the MW Women’s Field Athlete of the Week for a second consecutive week. Utah State’s Karina Cooper earned MW Women’s Track & Field Freshman of the Week honors for the second time this year, the first during the outdoor campaign.
On the men’s side, Grand Canyon’s Germain Lemaître picked up MW Men’s Track Athlete of the Week honors and Air Force’s Texas Tanner is the MW Men’s Field Athlete of the Week for a third time in 2025-26 and the first time during outdoor. Fellow Falcon Max McFarlane was named the MW Men’s Track & Field Freshman of the Week, also for a second time this year and first during the outdoor season.
WOMEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
VICTORIA PERROW, UNLV
Graduate, Potomac, Maryland/Kentucky
- Recorded her second straight win in the 100-meter with a time of 11.32 at UCLA’s Jim Bush Legends Meet (Los Angeles, California), beating a field of 65 runners by 0.15 seconds.
- Her 100-meter time leads the Mountain West and is tied for fourth in the nation.
- Also served as the leadoff leg for the second-place 4×100-meter relay team that recorded a time of 44.00, which ranks 13th in the NCAA and is the third-fastest time in program history.

MORGAN GLASER, AIR FORCE
Sophomore, La Vista, Nebraska/Papillion La Vista HS
- Matched the Air Force high jump record and the Service Academy record with a clearance of 1.87 meters (6-1.50) at the Jim Bush Legends Meet.
- The mark is tied for the best clearance in the NCAA this season and ties for the second-best height in Mountain West history.
- Placed second in the event based on attempts while also finishing 12th in the 400-meter hurdles (61.73).
WOMEN’S FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
KARINA COOPER, UTAH STATE
Camas, Washington/Camas HS
- Won the pole vault in her collegiate outdoor debut at the UVU Collegiate Invitational (Orem, Utah) with a personal-best mark of 4.05 meters (13-3.5).
- The mark currently ranks fourth in the Mountain West, while it is tied for third all-time at Utah State.
- She is the fourth-ranked freshman in Division I and is tied for 29th overall in the NCAA.
MEN’S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
GERMAIN LEMAÎTRE, GRAND CANYON
Senior, Rennes, France
- Took first place in the 800- meter at the Carvel Jackson Memorial Track and Field Showcase (Mesa, Arizona) with a time of 1:47.43.
- The time currently ranks first in the Mountain West and fifth all-time in Conference history.
- It is the fifth-fastest time in the NCAA this season and second in the NCAA West Region.
MEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
TEXAS TANNER, AIR FORCE
Senior, Sheridan, Wyoming/Sheridan HS
- Swept both throwing events at the Jim Bush Legends Meet, winning the hammer throw (72.26m – 237-1.0) and the discus (62.07m – 203-7.0) and setting Air Force Senior Class records in both events.
- His hammer mark bettered the field by over 10 meters, while his discus mark led the field by nearly six meters.
- Currently holds NCAA Top 5 marks in both events (No. 3 in discus, No. 5 in hammer) and leads the Mountain West.

- Won the pole vault at the Jim Bush Legends Meet with a career-high clearance of 5.25 meters (17-2.75).
- The mark leads the Mountain West, is tied for 21st in the nation and is the second-best mark by a freshman in the NCAA.
- The clearance is ranked 12th in Air Force history, while he is the 19th Falcon to surpass 17 feet outdoors.
