COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fresno State junior Katelyn Lehigh has been named the Mountain West Women’s Golfer of the Week. There is no MW Freshman of the Week selection this week.

The weekly honor is the first of Lehigh’s career.

  • Tied for sixth at the Alice and John Wallace Women’s Golf Classic at the Monterey Classic Club in Palm Desert, California.
  • Shot a season-low 3-under-par 210 for her first top-10 finish of the season.
  • Posted rounds of even-par 71, 2-under 69 and 1-under 70.
  • Finished ahead of 12 top-150 players and tied No. 2 Jasmine Koo of USC in the 120-player field.
  • Was the top MW finisher in the 21-team field, which included six top-50 programs and MW teams Boise State, Fresno State, Nevada, San José State and Wyoming.
