LOGAN, Utah – After a 1-0-1 week on the road to open Mountain West play which included a 4-0 win at San José State and a scoreless draw at Fresno State, Utah State soccer checks in at No. 12 in this week’s United Soccer Coaches Poll. While remaining undefeated, USU fell two spots from last week’s poll.

Utah State received 106 points in the poll, down from last week’s 123 points. USU is one of just six undefeated teams remaining in the country, and is the only team to be unbeaten with at least 10 wins.

Additionally, the Aggies check in at No. 16 in the NCAA women’s soccer RPI rankings, down two spots from last week. USU is one of four Mountain West teams in the top-100 of the RPI, along with Boise State (75), Fresno State (81) and Colorado State (84).

Utah State returns to action this week with a pair of matches at Chuck and Gloria Bell Field, first hosting 2023 Mountain West regular season champions San Diego State on Thursday, Oct. 3, at 5 p.m., then taking on New Mexico on Sunday, Oct. 6, at Noon.
