COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Nevada swept this week’s Mountain West Volleyball Players of the Week. Wolf Pack junior Bella Snyder was tabbed the Offensive Player of the Week, while teammate Kinsley Singleton garnered the Defensive Player of the Week nod as well as the Freshman of the Week honor.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

BELLA SNYDER, NEVADA

Junior, Middle Blocker, Salem, Oregon/West Salem HS

  • Led the Wolf Pack to a 3-0 week on the road, while amassing a .475 hitting percentage and averaging 3.4 kills per set.
  • In the sweep over CSUN, logged 12 kills, two service aces and one assist.
  • At California Baptist, notched an additional 11 kills, two service aces and one assist in the four-set victory.
  • At UC Riverside, tallied 11 kills, one service ace and one assist to sweep the Highlanders.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER/FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

KINSLEY SINGLETON, NEVADA

Freshman, Libero, Phoenix, Arizona/O’Connor HS

  • Helped Nevada to a 3-0 week on the road with a total of 39 digs, an average of 3.9 digs per set and a .938 reception percentage.
  • Against CSUN, tallied 12 digs and received for .875 percent.
  • At California Baptist, totaled 21 digs and a .964 reception percentage.
  • At UC Riverside, notched an additional six digs.
  • The freshman libero also contributed six assists and two service aces on the week.
