Justin Packard oversees the Mountain West website, digital and social media strategy, and all content distributed on the MW’s official channels. Packard also manages the MW digital and social media fellowship program and assists with the marketing, branding, and licensing for the Mountain West. His duties include enhancing the Conference brand and image while ensuring all partners adhere to the Mountain West brand standards and identity guidelines.

Packard joined the Mountain West in the fall of 2016, completing an internship in the strategic communications department before joining the staff full-time in July 2017. In August 2020, Packard took over the social media strategy for the Conference and was promoted to Director of Digital and Social Media in July of 2023.

Packard graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University in 2016 with dual degrees in sports media and statistics.
