COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Mountain West will utilize TrackMan technology for the 2026 baseball season to help educate and train MW umpires, the league announced Tuesday.

The technology will be used for all Conference baseball games and the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Baseball Championship in Mesa, Arizona.

“TrackMan has long supported Mountain West Conference programs in player development,” said TrackMan Director James Snikeris. “We’re excited to now partner with the Mountain West Conference to provide data and reports to help evaluate and train umpires, enhancing the experience for student-athletes, coaches, and fans.”

TrackMan uses patented Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking (OERT) to deliver data for each pitch of every game for accuracy by umpires.
