COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Air Force senior outfielder Tripp Garrish has been named the Mountain West Baseball Player of the Week, while San José State senior Kyle Calzadiaz has been selected the MW Baseball Pitcher of the Week. Washington State outfielder Matt Priest collected the MW Baseball Freshman of the Week honor.

- Led Air Force to a 3-1 record last week, including a series victory over Nevada.
- Batted .474 with nine hits, including six extra-base knocks, nine RBIs and nine runs scored.
- Posted an on-base percentage of .565 and a slugging percentage of 1.000.

KYLE CALZADIAZ, SAN JOSÉ STATE

- Tossed five shutout innings of relief in the Spartans’ 3-2 victory over San Diego State.
- Limited the Aztecs to two hits and three walks.
- Struck out five batters.

MATT PRIEST, WASHINGTON STATE
Outfielder, San Diego, California/USC
- Made four starts as Washington State went 3-1 last week, including a series sweep over Grand Canyon.
- Hit .278 with five hits, including a triple and a home run, four RBIs and two runs scored.
- Recorded multi-hit efforts against Utah and a multi-RBI performance in the series opener against the Lopes.
