LAS VEGAS – The Mountain West announced the 2025-26 All-Mountain West Teams and individual honors today, as voted on by the leagues 12 head coaches.

San Diego State’s Nala Williams was selected as the MW Player of the Year, while Air Force’s Jayda McNabb was tabbed the MW Defensive Player of the Year. Colorado State transfer, Lexus Bargesser was named the MW Newcomer of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors were awarded to Nevada guard Skylar Durley. The Sixth Player of the Year honor was awarded to San Diego State’s Kaelyn Hamilton, while the Aztecs’ Stacie Terry-Hutson garnered the MW Coach of the Year honor.

Williams led the Aztecs to a 19-1 record in league play, while averaging 10.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game and shot 45.6 percent from the floor. The California native, who earned MW Player of the Week honors twice this season, is the first Aztec since 2012-13 to win the honor and third all-time. She led SDSU to the MW regular-season title for the first time since 2012-13 and the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament.

McNabb is just the second Falcon to earn the MW Defensive Player of the Year nod and first since 2021-22 (Cierra Winters). The South Dakota native averaged 2.1 steals per game and just under one block per game during Conference play.

Bargesser is the second consecutive Ram to be named MW Newcomer of the Year and fourth all-time, following Emma Ronsiek in 2024-25. The Indiana transfer averaged 14.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game and guided the Rams to a 15-5 record in MW action, the third seed in the MW Championship and a first-round bye.

Durley’s selection as the MW Freshman of the Year is the first such honor for the Wolf Pack since joining the league. The Oklahoma native averaged 13 points, seven rebounds, 2.3 assists per game and shot 44.8 percent from the field.

Hamilton is the MW Sixth Player of the Year, earning the honor for the first time in SDSU history, averaging 8.2 points and 2.7 rebounds per game during the Conference season, helping the Aztecs to a first-round bye and the regular-season title.

Terry-Hutson collected the MW Women’s Basketball Coach of the Year award for the first time in her tenure at the helm for the Aztecs and is the first SDSU coach to earn the honor since Beth Burns’ won it for the third time in 2012-13. The San Diego native steered her team to a 19-1 Conference record, and the program’s first regular-season title and No. 1 seed in the MW tournament since 2012-13.
