COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fresno State senior outfielder Sky Collins has been named the Mountain West Baseball Player of the Week, while San Diego State senior Aidan Russell has been selected the MW Baseball Pitcher of the Week. Fresno State left-handed pitcher Parker Heintz collected the MW Baseball Freshman of the Week honor.

- Led Fresno State to a 3-1 record last week, including a series victory at Stanford.
- Batted .467 in four starts with seven hits, five RBIs, five runs scored and three walks.

- Registered multi-hit games in three-of-four outings.

- Earned his second straight save in the Aztecs’ 4-3 win over No. 1 UCLA.
- Threw 3.2 innings of relief, retiring all 11 batters faced.
- Struck out a season-high five batters.
FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
PARKER HEINTZ, FRESNO STATE
Pitcher, Clovis, California/Buchanan HS
- Made two appearances on the mound for the Bulldogs, including a midweek start against Pepperdine.
- Posted a 0.00 ERA after limiting opponents to just one hit in seven innings of work.
- Struck out two batters and earned a save against Stanford.
