MESA, Ariz. – The Mountain West announced its 2025 All-MW baseball teams and individual honors as selected by the league’s eight head coaches ahead of the 2025 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Baseball Championship.

Fresno State junior Murf Gray and UNLV senior Dean Toigo were selected as the Tony Gwynn Co-Players of the Year, while Fresno State junior Aidan Cremarosa was named MW Pitcher of the Year. Nevada’s Sean Yamaguchi was tabbed the MW Freshman of the Year and Wolf Pack head coach Jake McKinley was named the MW Coach of the Year.

Gray is the Tony Gwynn Co-Player of the Year, becoming just the third Bulldog to earn the honor and first 2019. The junior batted .380 with 49 hits, including 13 home runs, and MW-leading 46 RBIs during league play. He also recorded 34 runs scored and eight walks.

Toigo is the fifth Rebel and first since 2019 to be named the Tony Gwynn Co-Player of the Year. The senior posted a .395 batting average with 51 hits, including 10 home runs and eight doubles. Toigo also registered 39 RBIs and 28 runs scored.

Cremarosa is the third Bulldog selected as the MW Pitcher of the Year and first since 2019. The junior recorded a 4-3 mark on the mound with a league-best 3.13 ERA in 10 starts. Cremarosa struck out 72 batters in MW play, including a MW-leading 21 batters looking.

Yamaguchi is the third Nevada player in program history to be named MW Freshman of the Year and first since 2018. The rookie posted a .330 batting average in 27 MW games. He recorded 37 hits, including 19 for extra bases, and 30 runs scored. Yamaguchi drove in 33 runs, sixth-most in the Mountain West this season.

McKinley was tabbed the MW Coach of the Year for the first time and is the fourth Nevada skipper to earn the honor. McKinley led the Wolf Pack to the program’s fourth regular-season title with an 19-11 mark.
