COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – New Mexico junior Jordy Oriach has been named the Mountain West Baseball Player of the Week, while Fresno State junior Aidan Cremarosa has been selected the MW Baseball Pitcher of the Week. UNLV’s Cooper Sheff collected the MW Baseball Freshman of the Week honor.

JORDY ORIACH, NEW MEXICO
Junior, Outfielder, Haverhill, Massachusetts/Frank Phillips College
- Led New Mexico to a 4-1 record last week with a win over New Mexico State (7-0) and a series victory over Rhode Island.
- Batted .474 in five starts with nine hits, 10 RBIs and eight runs scored.
- Posted a .560 on-base percentage and a 1.053 slugging percentage.
- Also registered four walks.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
AIDAN CREMAROSA, FRESNO STATE
Junior, Burbank, California/IMG Academy
- Pitched 6.2 innings in Fresno State’s 2-1 upset over No. 19 UC Santa Barbara. Also started the midweek matchup with Saint Mary’s.
- Gave up just two earned runs in 8.2 innings of work.
- Struck out 10 batters in two starts, including seven against the Gauchos.
FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

- Helped UNLV to a 5-0 mark with a win over No. 23 Cincinnati (7-6) and a series victory over Milwaukee.
- Batted .444 in five starts with eight hits, including four home runs, and nine RBIs.
- Posted seven runs scored and a pair of walks.
