FRESNO, Calif. – The bracket is set, and the Fresno State baseball team is set to face host UC Santa Barbara in the Santa Barbara Regional, the NCAA announced on Monday morning.

Fresno State enters the regional as the four seed and will challenge top-seeded UC Santa Barbara on Friday at 6 p.m. PT.

The Diamond ‘Dogs will also be joined by the Oregon Ducks and San Diego Toreros at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium.

This is Fresno State’s first appearance in an NCAA regional since 2019 and the first regional appearance in Head Coach Ryan Overland‘s time at the helm.

Fresno State (33-27) received an automatic bid to the NCAA Baseball Championship as the 2024 Mountain West Championship tournament winner. The field of 64 teams includes 30 automatic bids and 34 at-large bids selected by an NCAA committee.
