COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Entering the 17th week of the 2023-24 season, two Mountain West men’s basketball programs are ranked in both the Associated Press Poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll.
This marks the seventh week this season that the Mountain West has had two teams ranked in the AP poll. Additionally, the Mountain West is one of eight conferences to have multiple teams in the top 25.
San Diego State remained in the national polls this week, ranking No. 20 in the Associated Press poll and No. 19 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
After defeating San Diego State last week, Utah State jumped back into the national polls. The Aggies are No. 22 in the AP poll and No. 23 in the coaches poll.
Additionally, Boise State, Colorado State, Nevada and New Mexico are receiving votes in the national polls.
