COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Entering the 16th week of the 2023-24 season, two Mountain West men’s basketball programs are ranked in both the Associated Press Poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll.

This marks the six week this season that the Mountain West has had two teams ranked in the AP poll. Additionally, the Mountain West is one of seven conferences to have multiple teams in the top 25.

After a pair of wins last week, San Diego State jumped back into the national polls. The Aztecs rank 19th in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls.

For the ninth week this season, Colorado State is ranked among the top 25 in the nation. The Rams are No. 22 in the Associated Press poll and No. 24 in the USA Today Coaches poll.

Additionally, Boise State, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah State are receiving votes in the national polls
