COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Entering the 12th week of the 2023-24 season, three Mountain West men’s basketball programs are ranked in both the Associated Press Poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll.

For the third week in a row, Utah State (17-2, 5-1 MW) is among the top 25 in the nation, ranking No. 18 in the AP poll and No. 20 in the coaches poll.

Colorado State (15-3, 3-2 MW) returned to the national polls this week, ranking No. 24 in the Associated Press and No. 23 in the USA Today Coaches polls.

Also entering the national polls this week is New Mexico (16-3, 4-2 MW). The Lobos are ranked No. 25 in both the AP and coaches polls.

This marks the second time this year and 14th time in league history the MW has had at least three teams ranked in the AP poll. The Mountain West is one of five conferences to have three or more teams ranked in the Associated Press poll.

Additionally, Nevada and San Diego State are receiving votes in both national polls.
