COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Mountain West announced today that Victoria Butkowski has been hired as assistant director, business operations and administration.
In her role, Butkowski will administer day-to-day business operations and offer administrative support for the MW Finance, Business and Administration Department.
Butkowski comes to the MW from Detroit City Football Club, where she served as a manager/supervisor and match-day staff. There, she supervised home games for the club, assisted in managing the fieldhouse for rentals and leagues, and oversaw the adult leagues that played out of the club.
Prior to her stint at Detroit City FC, Butkowski worked for the United Shores Professional Baseball League, where she helped with sales and game-day operations.
The native of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, was a member of the Adrian College women’s soccer team before serving as an assistant for the Bulldogs for the 2022-23 academic year. She also worked as a club services intern for the United Soccer League in 2022.
Butkowski graduated from Adrian College with a degree in sports management in April 2023 and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports management from her alma mater.
