COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Heading into the fourth week of the 2023 cross country season, three Mountain West men’s and women’s programs are ranked in the NCAA Division I Cross Country polls, released Tuesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

On the women’s side, New Mexico moved up two spots and is ranked No. 19 with 125 points, while Mountain West preseason favorite Colorado State is tied for 29th in the national rankings with 25 points.

On the men’s side, Air Force is ranked in the top 20, remaining at No. 17 with 161 points.

Additionally, Boise State is receiving votes in the women’s poll.
