COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Mountain West regular season has concluded, and the bracket is set for the 2023 MW Baseball Championship scheduled for May 25-28 at Pete Beiden Field at Bob Bennett Stadium in Fresno, California.

San José State earned a share of the 2023 MW regular-season title and enters the championship as the No. 1 seed. The Spartans won the MW regular-season crown for the first time in program history. SJSU is making the program’s sixth appearance at the MW championship and owns a 4-8 record in the Conference postseason tournament.

With an 18-11 record in league play, San Diego State claimed a share of the MW regular-season title and is the No. 2 seed in this year’s MW championship. SDSU won its third regular-season title in program history and first since 2004. The Aztecs are making their 21st Conference postseason appearance and first since 2019. SDSU owns a 50-32 MW championship record.

Air Force, the defending MW tournament champion, is the No. 3 seed after finishing league action with a 17-13 mark. The Falcons are making their 13th postseason tournament appearance. Air Force is 9-21 at the MW baseball championship.

With a 16-14 record in Conference play, Fresno State earned the No. 4 seed and the final spot in the 2023 MW Baseball Championship. The Bulldogs are making their seventh MW championship appearance and first since 2019. Fresno State owns an 11-10 mark in the Conference postseason tournament.
