LAS VEGAS, Nevada – The Mountain West announced the 2023 women’s tennis all-conference teams and individual awards on Tuesday evening, as voted on by the league’s eleven coaches. 
 
Fresno State’s Pang Jittakoat has been tabbed the 2023 Mountain West Women’s Tennis Player of the Year. Jittakoat is 17-1 overall in the spring season, including 8-0 in Conference play at No. 1 singles. In doubles, she is 9-6 overall and 4-3 with one unfinished match in league play. This six-time MW Women’s Tennis Player of the Week was also named the 2022 MW Player of the Year.
 
Nevada’s Amahée Charrier was named the 2023 Mountain West Women’s Freshman of the Year. Charrier was 7-6 overall and 3-4 in league action at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions. In doubles, posted a 5-12 overall record and a 2-8 MW record. The freshman was named Mountain West Women’s Tennis Player of the Week one time during the 2023 season.
