From Saturday, March 7 – Thursday, March 12, general ticketed fans may enter the Thomas and Mack Center one hour before first tip-off.

Fans who have purchased Mountain West Club passes may enter the Thomas and Mack Center 90 minutes before first tip-off.

On Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 all doors will open 90 minutes before first tip-off.

Parking

Parking passes are available for purchase HERE. General parking passes start at $25. All-session general parking passes are available for $200. VIP parking passes start at $105. All-session VIP parking passes are available for $840.

Will I be able to print my tickets?

Customers will not be able to print tickets from home prior to the tournament. If you wish to have your tickets printed, you will need to do so at the Thomas & Mack Center box office. Please be aware that there is a fee for having your tickets printed onsite. The Thomas & Mack Center Box Office is cashless. We strongly advise you to use your mobile tickets to enter the arena.

Am I able to get a refund if I purchase the wrong tickets?

The Mountain West has a strict no refunds / no exchanges policy, no exceptions.

What ages need a ticket to get into the tournament?

Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket to get into the tournament. Anyone over the age of 2 must have a ticket purchased to be let in.

Where can I find information about downloading my tickets, resale, and transferring tickets?

The Mountain West has a Digital Ticketing Guide available for you to view that will have all needed information regarding how to download your tickets, how to transfer your tickets to others, and how to purchase and sell resale tickets. Please note, TicketMaster is the preferred reseller of the Mountain West. Tickets that are sold on other channels are done at the seller and buyers own risk, and the Mountain West will not be able to assist customers in obtaining tickets from any other site other than TicketMaster.

What is the Mountain West Club?

The Mountain West Club located in the Strip View Pavilion is the MW’s premier VIP space at the championships.

The MW Club includes:

Prohibited Items

In addition to the items prohibited by the Thomas and Mack Center, fans will not be allowed to bring any items that may disrupt competition during the 2026 Mountain West Basketball Championships. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Laser Pointers
  • Flashing Lights
  • Artificial Noisemakers, including but not limited to:
    • Air Horns
    • Electronic Instruments
    • Megaphones
    • Clappers
    • Cow Bells
    • Inflatable Noisemakers
    • Whistles

Fans who use these items throughout the Championships will be removed from the building.

Thomas & Mack Center Camera Policy

Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion. Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks,” and cameras with a lens longer than 6″ (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium.
