RENO, Nev. – Zoe Ewell broke the SJSU record for the women’s 60m dash with a time of 7.28 in the semi-finals on the first day of the Battle Born Classic.
- Ewell placed first in the women’s 60m dash prelim with a time of 7.35
- Julius Baker placed first in the men’s 60m hurdles prelim with a time of 7.93. Baker then went on to place first in the men’s 60m hurdles final, with a time of 7.86
- Hayden Bowne placed third in the men’s 60m hurdles prelim with a time of 8.09, followed by Trey Ciccio, who placed sixth with a time of 8.31
- Hayden Bowne placed third in the men’s 60m hurdles final with a time of 8.08
- Isabela Arreola, Vivienne Magu, Kaitlin Seigle, and Amanda Chalburg placed second in the women’s 4000m distance medley relay with a time of 12:26:48
- In the men’s 60m dash prelim, Spencer Gray placed fifth with a time of 6.88, followed by Jared Jones, who placed sixth with a time of 6.80
- In the men’s 60m dash semi-finals, Jared Jones placed fifth with a time of 6.79, followed by Spencer Gray, who had a time of 6.88, placing seventh, and Lexington Leffall, who came in eighth with a time of 6.93
- Leffall placed fifth in the men’s 60m dash final with a time of 6.91
