COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Utah State senior forward Garry Clark has been named the Old Trapper Mountain West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week, while Wyoming’s Gavin Gores was tabbed the Old Trapper MW Freshman of the Week.

- Led Utah State to a pair of wins over Weber State (83-73) and UTEP (75-51), improving to a 4-0 on the season.
- Nearly averaged a double-double with 16.5 points and nine rebounds per game, while shooting 90.9 percent from the field.
- Recorded a double-double with a team-leading 20 points and 13 boards against UTEP.
- Registered 13 points, five rebounds and a block against Weber State.

GAVIN GORES, WYOMING
Freshman, Forward, Cumberland, Wisconsin/Cumberland HS
- Helped Wyoming earn victories over Austin Peay (79-65) and Portland (93-56) as the Cowboys improved to 4-0 in 2025-26.
- Averaged 9.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in just over 36 minutes of action on the hardwood.
- Scored a career-high 10 points against Austin Peay, connecting on 57.1 percent (4-of-7) of attempts from the floor.
- Posted nine points and six boards against Portland.
