LAS VEGAS – Grand Canyon junior forward Amanda Adams has been named Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week, while Air Force junior defender Jordan Dillingham was selected as the MW Defensive Player of the Week. Hawai’i newcomer Olivia Dianda has been tabbed the MW Women’s Soccer Freshman of the Week.
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
AMANDA ADAMS, GRAND CANYON
Junior, Forward, Keller, Texas

• Led Grand Canyon to a 1-1 record with a 2-0 win over Buffalo and a 1-0 loss to Texas.
• Recorded a goal and an assist for the three points in two starts.
• Scored the game-winning goal against Buffalo and assisted the Lopes’ second goal.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
JORDAN DILLINGHAM, AIR FORCE
Junior, Defender, Sacramento, California/Inderkum HS

• Helped Air Force to a 4-0 victory over Navy as the Falcons moved to 3-0 on the season.
• Played all 90 minutes on the back line, securing the shutout over service academy rival.
• Also recorded a goal on one shot for two points.

FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
OLIVIA DIANDA, HAWAI’I
Forward, Carlsbad, California/Cathedral Catholic HS

• Helped Hawai’i to a 1-1 record last week with a win over Idaho (2-0) and a loss to Western Michigan (3-1).
• Recorded two goals for four points in two starts.
• Tallied four shots in 110 minutes of action.
