LAS VEGAS -- The Mountain West announced today the 2026-27 Men’s Basketball Conference schedule and broadcast lineup on CBS Sports, FOX Sports, the CW and MW+.
 
Entering its 28th year, the Mountain West officially begins a new era, welcoming three new men’s basketball programs alongside seven returning members. MW men’s basketball members for 2026-27 includes, Air Force, Grand Canyon, Hawai’i, Nevada, New Mexico, San José State, UC Davis, UNLV, UTEP and Wyoming.
 
The new-look Mountain West men's basketball builds upon a strong foundation. The Conference has sent four or more teams to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship in five of the last six seasons, including a league record six in 2024.
 
CBS Sports will televise 25 games across CBS and CBS Sports Network, including the Mountain West Men’s Basketball Championship. CBS Sports’ coverage begins withStanford at UNLV on Friday, Nov. 13, on CBS Sports Network.
 

FOX Sports will televise 20 games in 2026-27 to a national television audience. The first broadcast on FS1 is a Conference matchup featuring New Mexico at UTEP on Saturday, Jan. 2. All games on FS1 will also be available on FOX One, their comprehensive streaming platform.

 
The newest Mountain West television partner, The CW, will televise 20 men’s basketball games during its inaugural season with the MW. The CW’s coverage of MW men’s basketball tips off with Utah State at New Mexico on Sunday, Nov. 29.
 
MW+, the official streaming destination for Mountain West men’s basketball, will stream more than 100 games live this season.
 
In 2026-27, the MW will utilize an 18-game format where each institution will play nine home games and make nine road trips during the Conference season. Each team will play all MW institution twice (one home, one away).
 
Conference play is set to begin Saturday, Jan. 2, and concludes on Saturday, March 6. League play will determine the seeding for the 2027 Credit Union 1 MW Men’s Basketball Championship presented by Palms Casino Resort.
 
CBS Sports will once again televise the 2027 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Men’s Basketball Championship presented by Palms Casino Resort, scheduled for March 10-13 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. CBS Sports Network will televise the quarterfinals and semifinals, while the CBS Television Network and Paramount+ will broadcast the championship game on Saturday, March 13. Additionally, the two men’s basketball first round games can be seen on the MW+.
