COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – With conference championships in the books, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released its first postseason national poll ahead of next week’s NCAA Regionals.
The latest polls, released on Tuesday, Nov. 4, saw the 2025 Mountain West Champions, New Mexico, remain in the top 10, with the men at No. 3 and the women at No. 8. Both squads have spent the entirety of the 2025 season in the top 10 and after sweeping the Conference meet for a second straight year have their eyes set on a national championship run.
On the men’s side, Air Force and Boise State joined the Lobos in the top 30, with the Falcons checking in at No. 28 and the Broncos at No. 29.
NCAA Regionals will take place at nine sites across the country on Friday, Nov. 14, while the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships are set for Saturday, Nov. 22 at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri.
