MW Women's Golfer of the Week - March 21

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – UNLV junior Toa Yokoyama has been tabbed the Mountain West Women’s Golfer of the Week.

The weekly honor is the second of Yokoyama’s career and second this season (Feb. 15).

• Tied for fourth at the MountainView Classic at the Preserve Golf Club in Tucson, Arizona.
• Turned in a 6-under-par 210, opening with a 3-under 69 and closing with a 4-under 68 to jump eight spots in the final standings.
• Fashioned her fourth top-10 finish of the season.
• Helped UNLV to an 11th-place finish in the 15-team field, which included 13 teams ranked in the top 100 and seven teams in the top 50 nationally.
